A short day off!

Sunday seemed to pass quite quickly. Days off tend to be more about catch up, and getting things done I didn't during the week. I finished off some grocery shipping and laundry. I finished off my sub contest, congratulations to the winners!! I meant to do another video, but got wrapped up with doing the household chores. I will try to find time this week to get those videos out! As far as prepping; I finally finished vacuum sealing the last bit of my rice; approx 15-20 pounds. I purchased a bucket for the rice, and now I have a full bucket of vacuum sealed rice sitting with my long term storage! Yay! The wife and I attempted to make make a couple homemade MRE's with some food storage we had taking up room. I think they turned out to be successful, but only time will tell.
